Hi, I’m Tim Warta, a licensed Realtor based in Middle Tennessee and part of the Warta Home Team. My wife, Casey, and I work together to help clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually outside on a trail, fixing something around the house, or spending time with our big kids. We’re in that “almost-empty-nest” season of life — soaking it all in and looking forward to what’s next.
